I qualified from UWIC , Cardiff in 1997 with a BSc(Hons) degree in Podiatry and am currently carrying out a research degree (MPHil) at Cardiff University. I am researching the benefits of foot orthotic therapy in patients with foot, ankle and knee problems.

I have completed many postgraduate courses in Biomechanics , Podiatric Orthotic Therapy, Muscle Balance Techniques, Acupuncture and Injection Therapy.

I am committed to continuous professional development and learning and aim to provide my patients with the best treatment for their needs.

I have a Licentiate in Acupuncture from the British Academy of Western Acupuncture where I studied at Broadgreen Hospital , Liverpool and a Certificate in Podiatric Acupuncture.I am a member of the British Medical Acupuncture Society.

I have a specialist interest in all aspects of musculoskeletal podiatry in particular:
- Postural problems
- Sports Injuries
- Rheumatology
- Acupuncture
- Orthotic Therapy
- Paediatrics
