Putting your health and fitness in motion
Very often combining traditional foot orthotic therapy with soft tissue treatments the results can be much faster and long lasting.
My approach is to create natural movement where possible by freeing up tight muscles, fascia and joints and enhance movement with foot orthoses if necessary.
